What SendFavs does

SendFavs lets a sender pay for an item to be delivered to a recipient without receiving the recipient's delivery information. We coordinate ordering and delivery through third-party fulfillment providers.

SendFavs is not a restaurant, florist or courier. Items are prepared and delivered by independent merchants and delivery providers.

Accounts

Recipients must be 18 or older to receive deliveries. You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information you save and for keeping your login secure.

You may pause or delete your page at any time. Deleting your account removes your public profile and your stored delivery information, subject to the retention periods in our Privacy Policy.

Payments, fees and refunds

Senders pay the item price, delivery, any courier tip, applicable taxes and a SendFavs service fee. The exact amounts are shown before payment and confirmed by our servers at checkout.

If a gift is declined, cancelled before fulfillment, or cannot be delivered, the authorized amount is released or refunded. See the Refund Policy for details.

Acceptable use

Do not use SendFavs to harass, threaten, stalk or attempt to identify or locate a recipient. Attempting to obtain private delivery information is a violation and may result in a permanent ban and legal action.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SendFavs is not liable for the quality, accuracy or timeliness of items prepared or delivered by third parties. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
