Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited behavior

Harassment, threats, sexual harassment, hate speech or attempts to intimidate a recipient.

Any attempt to discover, infer or request a recipient's address, phone number, legal name or location — including through messages, merchant choice or delivery notes.

Fraudulent payments, chargeback abuse, or using SendFavs to send prohibited items including alcohol to minors, tobacco, weapons, controlled substances or anything illegal in the destination.

Messages

Gift messages are scanned for patterns associated with harassment or location probing. Messages may be blocked, and repeated attempts result in a ban.

Enforcement

We may block a sender, cancel an order, refund a payment, suspend an account, or report conduct to law enforcement where there is a risk to someone's safety.
