Information we collect
Recipients: account email, public profile information you choose to publish, and private delivery information (name for delivery, phone, address, delivery notes).
Senders: the email you provide for receipts, the message and display preference you choose, and payment information handled by our payment processor. SendFavs does not store full card numbers.
Both: basic technical and usage information needed to operate the service and prevent abuse.
How private delivery information is used
Private delivery information is stored separately from public profile data and is used only to fulfill a delivery. It is passed from our servers to the authorized fulfillment provider and is never returned to a sender's browser.
Who we share with
Fulfillment and delivery providers, our payment processor, and our email and SMS providers, each limited to what is needed to complete the task. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Order records are retained as required for tax and dispute purposes. Private delivery information is deleted when you delete it or close your account, except where a delivery is still in progress or a legal obligation applies.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your information from your dashboard, or by contacting us. Where required by law, you can object to or restrict certain processing.
