Refund Policy
When money comes back, and how long it takes.

Automatic refunds
If a recipient declines a gift, if a gift expires before it is approved, or if fulfillment fails before the order is placed, the full amount is released or refunded.
Delivery problems
If an item never arrives, or arrives incorrect or unusable, contact us within 48 hours. Depending on the situation we refund the item, the delivery, or the full order.
Non-refundable
Completed deliveries that matched the order, and courier tips on delivered orders, are generally non-refundable.
Timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks typically post them within 5 to 10 business days.
